Laura Ruof, DDS

Working in the field of dentistry allows me to interact one-on-one with the people in our community and lets me help improve their lives for the better. I feel at home when I’m in the office and I hope our patients do as well. The daily interaction with our patients and staff members is what I thrive on.

I earned my Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. I completed two years of residency at the Brooklyn Hospital where I was chief resident and trained in the treatment of dental emergencies. The dental industry is constantly changing and I continue my education to keep current on the latest technology and treatments and offer the best care possible to my patients.

I grew up in Buffalo, NY, and have resided in Manhattan since 2006. When I’m not practicing dentistry, you can find me doing yoga, playing tennis, knitting, and reading. I have also taken part in SEA Paddle NYC, an organization for autism awareness, and participate in Student Sponsor Partners where I mentor high school girls.
